Kiedy pierwszy raz ubrałam mój świeżo zakupiony w internecie vintage płaszcz, pełna ekscytacji spojrzałam w lustro i nie mogłam oprzeć się wrażeniu, że właśnie zostałam rycerzem Jedi. Płaszcz sięgał mi nieco ponad kostki, ramiona rozciągały się metrami, a rękawy były jak tunele, które mogłyby pomieścić co najmniej cztery moje ręce. Postanowiłam zatem dopasować nieco rozpiętości lat 80. do rozmiaru S XXI wieku. Z profesjonalną pomocą mojej krawcowej wprowadziłam kilka kosmetycznych poprawek i tak oto powstał mój ulubiony płaszcz Jedi. Jest cieplutki, gruby i absolutnie niezniszczalny, a jego ogromny kaptur nie raz posłużył mi jako parasol/wiatrochron.

When I first tried my newly bought online used vintage coat on I looked into the mirror and I couldn't help but notice that officially I had just become a Jedi. The coat was almost reaching my ankles, shoulders were incredibly wide and I could fit about four arms in one sleeve. So I decided to adjust a little bit the 80s and convert them to a small size of the XXI century. With a professional help of my tailoress I introduced some changes and there it was: my favourite Jedi coat of power! It is thick, warm and absolutely indestructible! And what is more its huge hood often serves me as an umbrella or a windbreaker.
